Freelance WordPress Developer FAQs

Here are the answers to some of the most common questions I get asked by my clients as a Freelance WordPress Developer. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, feel free to contact me.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do Freelance WordPress Developers charge?

My rates start at £400/day, but can vary up or down depending on the size and complexity of the WordPress Website.

Where are you based?

I am based in Manchester, however I work remotely so I can work with clients all over the United Kingdom and even as far afield as The USA.

Why should I use a Freelance WordPress Developer?

There are a few advantages of using a Freelance WordPress Developer over a Digital Agency. One of the biggest reasons is that we are usually much cheaper, due to having lower overheads. We can build the same high quality WordPress Website at a fraction of the cost.

Do you work with WordPress Development Agencies?

Yes, I work with a variety of WordPress Development Agencies in Manchester and around the United Kingdom.

How do you charge?

I usually charge a fixed price which is agreed at the beginning of the project. This will only ever change if there is an addition to the scope of the project and this will be agreed before the additional work begins.

I can also work on a Fixed Term basis, were I would work within your business on a set number of days each week for an agreed amount of time. This is ideal for WordPress Digital Agencies who need to increase capacity across a number of projects for a short period of time.

What are your payment terms?

I invoice 50% upfront and the final 50% when the WordPress website has been signed off.
